Abstract

This course examines the basis of the basis of the classical and modern Islamic theory of International relations. It illustrates the historical development of international relations in Islam, that mostly developed by Muslims jurists regards regarding relations between the different types of states and international actors in times of war and peace. it further discusses the suitability and practicality of the Islamic theory of international relations to become part of the contemporary theories of international relations.
