This paper aims to discuss the forms of religious activities in mosques and the position of muslim women according to Islamic law. The discussion will focus on certain activities involving women including praying, itikaf, solemnization ceremany (akad) and religious programs. A mosque is a building which is built as a place of worship to perform deeds to God. During the Prophet is time, the mosque was not only famous as a center of worship, but it served as a center of various activities. Muslim womens participation in the performanceof religious activities at mosques has a discussion in Islam. Specific issues on Muslim women are still the focus of attention and in need of clarification. The methodology used is a literature review to examine the books of fiqh, hadith, lughah and tafsir. Findings show that three main aspects are related with prayer, women itikaf, solemnization ceremony (akad) and ethics in religious programs in the mosque. Religious activities of Muslim women in the mosque should not be done arbitrarily and they must adhere to certain ethics prescribed by syara.
