Nowadays many applications have been utilizing the virtual reality in their tasks and works such as in architecture, medicine, advertisement, business, entertainment, education and so forth. Virtual reality refers to the use of computers and other devices and software to generate the world of simulation. Through the virtual reality, users are able to visualize, manipulate and interact with the computers and complex data to generate another world. Knowing the effectiveness and wide coverage of distribution of information through internet, virtual reality has not missed in taking this golden opportunity. Accessing virtual reality’s data and information through a computer network however becomes more complex and requires particular effective techniques. Furthermore to produce systematical and dynamical management of virtual objects in virtual environment, efficient data structure is required as well. Those situations motivate this research. A new technique using tree structure as its data structure and hierarchy structure has been proposed for managing the virtual objects in virtual environment. Java and Java 3D API have been employed to implement the tree structure and develop distributed system for accessing through network.
