Abstract

Many fields have used virtual reality system as a method to deliver and display their information to people such as in architecture, medicine, advertisement, business, entertainment etc. In this paper, a technique for managing virtual objects called Hierarchy-Embedded Virtual Objects (HEVO) is discussed. A group of Amino Acids has been chosen as its case study. A webpage has been developed to put the case study in the virtual environment using methodology of HEVO. The study has been focusing on the relation and connection between HEVO and virtual reality system. HEVO allows users to interact and walkthrough in the virtual world. Java 3D is used as its main platform to build the virtual reality system and connection between the users and the system.
