E-Learning has gained an increasing consideration by the academic institutions in adopting this approach to the regular curriculum as another option of learning to the students. This paper looks on the issues and challenges of e-Learning approach in the local cultures. To ensure e-Learning focusing more on the learning rather than teaching, the paper touches on the importance of post-learning support. Hence it is essential to have a conceptual framework of the post-learning support in order to identify a significant degree of effectiveness in e-Learning process. This paper proposes a conceptual framework emphasizing on the support given to the students that should be included in the e-Learning environment. Authors identify six tools that can be categorized under post-learning support. The tools are forum, evaluate, review, ask-an-expert, mobile alert, mentor. Within the conceptual framework, the application framework, basic systems architecture and post-learning management cycle will be introduced. Finally, conclusion and the expected benefits of the proposed framework are presented.
