Abstract

10 important Criterias it looks at demand as varies within the industries. consumer information is imperfect and costly to be obtained. human motivation is constrained by self-interest that is, fear of personal effect. organization’s objective is always results in superior financial performance. organization’s information is imperfect and costly to be obtained. resources of the organization are basically financial, physical, legal, human, organizational, informational and relational. the characteristics of the resources vary and imperfectly mobile. the role of management is to recognize, understand, create, select, implement and modify strategies to be applicable to the organization. the role of the environment in the organization is to influence conduct and performance of the organization the competition within the industries is the comparative advantage to the organization
