It contains several sub-system modules such as Exam Generator system for Outcome Base Education (ExGenoba), Assesment Management System (AMS),Mobile Attendance System (MAS), Student Information System (SIS) and Business Intelligence(eduBI) reporting that could be applied to analyze students’ performance. It also provide a platform to supporting existing academic data that integrate into Educational Data Warehouse (EDW) for advance analysis reports.AIS supports the fundamental concept of Educational Intelligence (EI) that aims to avoid ‘the islands of information” phenomenon in academic environment. It is capable to perform five main functions as follows : data provider, data collection, data storage, data analysis and reporting. AIS has made possible the integration of heterogeneous data into a single repository where analytical analyses to personalize students’ academic performance could be conducted. It as crucial tools design for preparing ‘Academic Big Data Tsunami’.
