Technology has become more important in our daily lives. It is used in all area from IT up business and education. it is also implemented in most aspects regardless of the age of the users. In a sense, those who are not familiar with ICT are now forced to use technology provided. Therefore learning must be keep going and distance teaching has take part to ensure the learning process running. This is all done to ensure that there will be no big digital divide between generations. This paper will look on the issues raised when implementing distance learning in local cultures. The implementation of video streaming in education serves the purpose of making teaching and learning process becomes easier, faster and borderless. This paper will look on the utilization of video streaming equipment for distance teaching to overcome few issues that raised. This technology can be integrated with the existing e-learning facilities that are available worldwide. The proposed technology can also be called as one for all investment because it can be enhanced for other uses so that the equipment can be fully utilized. In conclusion, this paper will illustrate the benefits for both teachers/management and students by implementing this approach in their environment.
